As many of you already know by now, US Screen Print & Inkjet Technology has gone out of business and some of the assets have been liquidated. That news may come as a surprise to some of you but if you are wondering why you cannot get through at US Screen, that is why. Although this is sad news for many people, we want our customers (and anyone else reading this) to know that we are working hard to do our part to maintain a plentiful supply of quality products and services. We currently have a large stock of Fast T-Jet Ink, parts/supplies, inkjet film for film positives, inkjet ink cartridges, bulk ink and more!

We also have a full service center at our location for repair of your Fast T-Jet machine headed up by the "Printer Doctor" himself, Karl Steele, the former head technician at US Screen. You can rest assured that you will still receive great friendly service and at reasonable prices! Before you get service elsewhere, make sure you call around and get price quotes. Some of the "other guys" charge $100+/hour and their parts avarage 200% - 400% more than ours! If you need service at your location, NO PROBLEM! We can arrange for qualified techinicians to come to your location...again, at reasonable prices. We are here to help you, not take advantage of you or the situation that happened to US Screen.

We offer FREE TECH SUPPORT for any Fast T-Jet owner!! Yes, you heard it right... FREE TECH SUPPORT for any Fast T-Jet owners. When everyone else is now charging for support, we are not. Why would we do that you ask? Because we feel that if we are first willing to help you, then you would return the favor by choosing us to be your supplier. And why not, we're much less expensive than everyone else :)

Since US Screen Print is no longer in business, there are a few things we would like to share with you to put your mind at ease during this transition. Our MaxBlack line of inkjet film, ink cartridges and bulk ink is EXACTLY the same product formerly known as "Fast Positive" and "Fast Ink". We get our film and ink from the SAME suppliers US Screen Print used to get theirs. For any US Screen customers who are scrambling to find inkjet film or ink for your film positives, please rest assured that our products will perform with the same great quality you are used to. Our MaxBright DTG Ink series is the EXACT same DuPont Ink as the previous FastINK 3 ink for T-Jet printers.

We also carry what used to be FastRIP as our new FilmMaker product.  It is the same great RIP software made by the same company that created the FastRIP software, CADlink Technology. If you are one of our current customers who have FastFILMS, FastRIP or FastARTIST problems and need support, we will offer you FREE SUPPORT for those products! If you are not currently a customer of ours but need support for FastFILMS, FastRIP or FastARTIST...we can help you with support but there will be a marginal cost associated with that because it comes from a third party. We pay that marginal cost for our customers as a way of saying "thank you for being our customer!"

We are very excited about our new line of screenprinting supplies that we have added (inks, screens, squeegees, emulsions, etc...) and the addition of screenprinting classes. There are many new changes coming at American Screen Supply, Inc. that will benefit you, our valued customers!
